These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Govardhan Driver Services and bookings made through the platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, making a booking or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Service/Fulfilment Policy.
2. Platform Services
Govardhan Driver Services facilitates professional driver services, including local, airport, Drink & Drive, vehicle/client pickup and outstation services.
Available services, service areas and operational availability may vary.
3. Account and Authentication
Customers sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered email or mobile number. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of their account and device.
Never share your OTP or authentication credentials with another person.
4. Booking Information
Customers must provide accurate booking information, including the applicable service/order type, date, time, pickup location, destination, vehicle requirement, duration and any other requested information.
Future bookings may be scheduled subject to driver availability and operational scheduling.
5. Pricing
The price of a booking is calculated by our system using the pricing in effect for that booking. Pricing may include base charges and, depending on the service, extra hours, travel, food/accommodation or other configured charges.
A confirmed booking keeps the price that applied when it was created or confirmed. Any manual price adjustment by our team is recorded.
6. Driver Assignment
Driver assignment is subject to operational availability and our eligibility checks. A future assignment may be changed, reassigned or rescheduled by authorized operations personnel when required.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide correct booking and contact information
- Provide a safe and lawful environment for the service
- Ensure the vehicle to be driven is legally usable, appropriately documented and in suitable condition
- Not request unlawful, dangerous or abusive conduct
- Treat drivers and staff respectfully
- Pay applicable booking and additional approved charges
Fuel, toll charges, parking fees and similar trip expenses are paid by the customer, in addition to the booking fare.
8. Trip Verification
The platform may use configured trip-status actions, GPS/location information and trip photographs to support operational verification.
9. Payments
Payment processing is governed by the Payment Policy. A payment is treated as successful only after we have confirmed it. A success screen in a payment app is not, by itself, confirmation.
10. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which sets out the applicable cancellation windows, charges and refund treatment.
11. Service Changes
Operational circumstances may require driver reassignment, schedule changes or cancellation. Where such changes occur, we keep the booking history and notify affected users where applicable.
12. Prohibited Use
Users must not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, interfere with platform security, submit fraudulent bookings, attempt unauthorized access, abuse staff/drivers or use the service for unlawful activities.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy/security requirements.
14. Liability
Govardhan Driver Services provides driver services and is not the owner of the customer’s vehicle. The customer is responsible for the vehicle’s registration, insurance, condition and legal use. Our liability for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for delay or failure to provide a service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, strikes, government action or network failures. A customer who requests unlawful conduct or misuses the service is responsible for any resulting loss or claim.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the platform.
16. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page with its effective date.
